Said terms and conditions may be altered at any time, so ARN expressly reserves the right to modify them, even without prior notice. In the same way, ARN reserves the right to interrupt or, where appropriate, eliminate this website at any time, respecting the applicable legislation.

B.- Purpose and conditions of access and use

1- This website is a tool used to provide the service provided by ARN and users undertake to use it, scrupulously respecting the terms and conditions established by ARN. In addition, users accept and commits to use it in a lawful and legal manner. It goes without saying that the user expressly agrees to always act in accordance with the law; and, in particular, commit to:

• Not to introduce or spread any kind of virus, likely to cause damage to the ARN computer systems or cause any kind of alteration or, where appropriate, prevent its normal functioning;

1- These general terms and conditions shall be governed by Spanish law.

The parties agree that any dispute regarding the terms and conditions of use and access to this website - contained in these general terms and conditions of the site - shall be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals of Barcelona, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them.
